D |         这是怎么一回事儿呢？    南京失陷后，蒋介石为了体现“国共合作”，对对中共只是采取有限的、局部的形式，即邀请中共参加个别部门和机构，其中一个方式，就是邀请共产党人参加国民参政会。    这个国民参政会，是周恩来提议组建的。    1938年1月上旬，周恩来向国民党提出扩大国防参议会为民意机关的具体建议。

E | 他说：    “为了动员和组织全民参加抗战，采纳各种抗日的好建议，要有一个民意机关，既要有国共两党、救国会、国社党等以及无党派人士参加，也要吸收其他坚决抗日和真正代表民意的分子参加。各集团军亦可派代表参加，以增多坚持抗战分子在政府和队中的力量。”        因为这是个民意机构，只是对抗战提提建议，不分享权力，于是，蒋介石采纳了周恩来的建议。

F | 国民政府明令公布设立国民参政会。    7月1日，国民参政会正式成立。中共方面推选了七个参政员，即毛泽东、王明、博古、吴玉章、林伯渠、董必武，邓颖超。随后，除毛泽东请假外，其他六人都参加了国民参政会的第一次会议。    这个参政会居然还给毛泽东七人发了工资。    但是，毛泽东等人没有发国难财，在武汉保卫战时，七人把自己的工作全部捐献给了国民政府，用于抗战。后来，毛泽东等人把工资继续用于抗战，没有用于私用。        陈冠任著、中共党史出版社出版的《建国录：毛泽东与1921—1949年的中国》（全四册）记述了此事，该书与该社的《治国录：毛泽东与1949年后的中国》（全四册）为一套书，一起组成中共党史版“毛泽东传”，也是主席粉丝和党政干部喜爱的历史畅销书。    返回，查看更多。
